“Jen is physically and mentally disabled and relies on staff at her group home to bring her to medical appts. Because of her disabilities ,it is sometimes hard for them to get her out of her group home,exactly at the exact time to get to the office, no matter how early they start getting ready.Its all related to her OCD and her bowel issues.Dr Hong was asked if he would still see her, despite being @15 min past her appt time. He graciously agreed to see her and was so pleasant, attentive and understandingAll the staff we dealt with that day, were wonderful. Thank them for us, please!”

“I went to ask for advice regarding a condition I have and a possible change to my prescription regimine regarding my Pancreas treatment. Dr. Hong listened to my thoughts, agreed to try it, provided the appropriate blood tests to make sure it is working, offered options if conditions change, and let me if anything changes he is only a call away. Excellent care - efficient, took time to listen, and I was treated as a partner in my Healthcare decisions.”
